ABOUT ME

Hello!I'm Shawn Simon.My sheer passion for wildlife was born out of a love and fascination of the natural world from a young age upon receiving my first wildlife book about animal tracking. My grandfather taking me out into the woods as his little hunting buddy began my obsession with nature and wildlife. Sitting patiently with my grandfather, I starting to realize the realm of wildlife and every moment is pure magic.

A Little More About Me.

After getting out of the United States Army, I decided to pursue a higher education. When figuring out what I wanted to study, a student advisor asked me a question that would unknowingly change my life. She ask, "What would you do if money wasn't a thing?". I quickly responded, "A National Geographic Photographer". After being shown the photography program the school had to offer, I knew then how I was going to start chasing my dreams. Graduating the photography program with high honors at the age of 25, my photography career would officially begin.

Don't let my Green Bay photography location fool you. I LOVE to travel and explore. When I am not roaming around the midwest looking for wildlife, I'm planning my next trip in another state or country. There are too many locations and animals to explore to just want to hang in one spot for too long. I hope you love my photography as much as I do. Every like, share and purchase means a lot to me. One of my favor things about wildlife photography is that the same animals can be photographed. But no photo is ever the same.
